DESCRIPTIONS
Dharma Yoga Masterclass
Created in 1975 by Sri Dharma Mittra, Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of Patanjali’s eight limbs, rooted in the Yamas and Niyamas. The practice includes breathing techniques, meditation, stationary poses, backbends, inversions, and twists, creating a magnificent meditation in motion.
“Boom Shiva”
Rocket III (Dharma Inspired)
Called “Happy Hours” or “BBQ Rocket” by Larry, this routine is a mix of Rocket I and II, incorporating fun, inversions, and challenging postures from both the Rocket and Dharma lineages. It works on strength and flexibility, promoting higher levels of physical and mental stamina, strength, flexibility, and focus. Rocket III is an incredible journey of self-awareness. If you are offered a space on this rocket ship, do not miss it!
Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama
Hatha it refer to the mastery of the body, Raja to the mastery of the mind. Vinyasa is the principle of synchronising movement and breath and Krama literally means steps or stages. Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama it is the practice of mastering body and mind, synchronising breath and movement, while using a wise progression into poses.
Vinyasa Krama, it goes from simple to more complex poses. It prepares progressively the body from basic poses to more advanced or complex “peak poses”. It is a complete practice that embodies a theme and creates an intentional result.
Forrest Yoga
Forrest Yoga is a practice designed to help heal physical injuries, emotional wounds, and past traumas. It does not require flexibility but instead asks for a willingness to listen, feel authentically, and respond with honesty. Practitioners are encouraged to locate the areas in their bodies where emotions are stored and bring breath and awareness to those spaces.
This method is particularly effective in alleviating and addressing common modern ailments that manifest in the body, such as back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as digestive disorders. Unlike practices that aim to transcend the physical, Forrest Yoga invites the spirit to reside fully within the body, fostering a deep connection to the present moment.
Svara Ananta Vinyasa
(Circular Breath Vinyasa)
Svara Ananta Vinyasa is a devotional practice that weaves breath, mantra, and vibration into a meditative ritual. Through circular breathing and the activation of vakya (vibrational points) and marma (energetic points), the energetic field expands, opening the door to profound awareness.
Each sequence flows like a living prayer, transforming the body into a bridge between the finite and the infinite.
• Svara: The sacred sound of the breath
• Ananta: The infinite, where breath and movement dissolve.
• Vinyasa: The sacred dance of breath and movement.
Svara Ananta Vinyasa is a journey into the eternal, where breath is the key, and the infinite is the destination.
Power Bhakti Vinyasa
A devotional yet powerful practice that begins with mantra and prāṇāyāma, then builds into a strong, dynamic vinyasa flow set to uplifting, energising beats. Expect drills, inversions, and intelligent sequencing designed to ignite both strength and spirit.
Pray. Play. Flow to the Beat.
