Meet the Teacher
Rebecca Hannah has been teaching for over 15 years in more than 30 countries. She is the creator of The Art of Flex-Ability, a movement methodology combining yoga, functional mobility, strength training, dance, and Thai massage, with a focus on building flexibility intelligently and sustainably.
