The training is taught in English. However, you do not need to be fluent to participate. A basic understanding is sufficient, and we create a supportive learning environment for everyone.

Yes. We start with the foundations and gradually build from there.

If you miss a weekend, we support you in catching up with the material and requirements.

During the first 4 weekends:
You will need approximately 1–2 hours per week for self-study and practice.From the 4th weekend onward:
You will begin assisting and observing classes.
You’ll need to complete at least 3 hours per week (or more) of class observation and assisting within the week before each training weekend to collect your required teaching hours.

The training is highly practical and experiential.
Most teachings and tasks are done through partner and group work
You will experience exercises, teaching techniques, and assignments directly in practice

Yes. Around 45% of our graduates are actively teaching today, which is a remarkably high number. This is because we place a strong emphasis on real teaching experience throughout the training. You are guided step by step in finding your own voice, teaching style, and presence as a teacher, so you can step into teaching with confidence.

Of course not. Many of our students join the training without any intention to teach, and in our experience, most of them feel so inspired and confident by the end that they choose to step into teaching. Around 45% of our graduates are now teaching, but the choice is always yours. Beyond teaching skills, this training is a deeply personal journey, as a yogi and as a human.
