This yoga apprenticeship program is designed to meet you where you are. We help you integrate everything you’ve learned in your YTT and put it into practice in real studio classes, with real students, and direct feedback.

as a Yoga Teacher
Completing a teacher training is just the beginning. Our apprenticeship program offers the space, guidance, and hands-on experience to help you grow from a newly qualified teacher into a confident and grounded educator.
You’ll assist classes, receive personal mentorship, and become part of a teaching community that values learning through doing. Here’s the break down of our yoga program:
Mentorship from senior teachers
Support with sequencing and voice
practice teaching opportunities

This program is for newly certified yoga teachers who:
Have completed a 200HR YTT
Want to gain real classroom experience
Are seeking mentorship and community support
Need help bridging the gap between training and teaching

Program Duration: 6-8 months (100 hours total)
Plan & Schedule
Phase 1 – Grounding & Integration
20 hours assisting hands-on in classes
20 hours class observation
10 hours ICP (Individual Class Practice)
Phase 2 – practice & refinement
10 hours teaching studio classes
10 hours Karma Yoga (community service)
10 hours self-study
Phase 3 – expansion & refinement
10 hours teaching studio classes
10 hours Karma Yoga (community service)
10 hours self-study
This is an ongoing program that runs throughout the year. As a student, you're welcome to move through the phases at your own pace. You define when your journey is complete.
