About the Training
This training weaves together Pilates and mixed movement to create a versatile, embodied movement experience. You’ll explore how precision and flow coexist, how structure supports creativity, and how awareness transforms both practice and teaching.
A thoughtful balance of theory and embodied practice allows you to understand not only what you are doing, but why. The focus lies on clarity, alignment, and quality of movement; empowering you to move and teach with confidence, presence, and authenticity.
