Koko discovered yoga around the year 2000 and has been on the mat ever since. First, trying out various styles of yoga and finally realising that vinyasa yoga offers her the physical challenge and variety, philosophical insights, and roundness she craved from her practice.

After moving to Berlin in 2011 she had an opportunity to informally share her practice with friends which led to her completing her 200-hr YTT in 2016 and teaching ever since. She has been continuing her education as a yoga teacher, including yoga therapy and prenatal yoga, and is currently completing her 300-hr YTT.

Koko’s classes are strong, dynamic, and playful, yet accessible. Her goal is to teach in a way that is safe, informative, and non-dogmatic, allowing her students to discover what is best for their individual needs. Expect to move, breathe and connect with yourself, while carefully curated playlists accompany your practice.

Koko is also offering prenatal yoga, incorporating the principles of her vinyasa classes but in a gentler and trimester-appropriate practice. You will find the space, movement, and attention your

body needs to complement the changes you and your baby are going through. Your practice will include various breathing and meditation techniques that will further connect you to your mind,

body, and growing baby.

Qualifications:

- 200+ hr Vinyasa

- 80 hr Svastha Yoga Therapy

- 22,5 hr Prenatal

- Certification in Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Yoga for arthritic knees

- currently in 300 hr YTT
