Teacher
Michelle is a Jivamukti Yoga teacher and plant based nutritionist in training. Yoga has been Michelle’s great passion for many years. She originally discovered Yoga as a counterbalance to her very stressful corporate job. She loved the “yoga bubble”-feeling right after class that has a grounding and calming effect.
After practicing Vinyasa Yoga for a while, she was introduced to the wonderful Jivamukti method. She feels drawn to the teachings of compassion for all beings & nature combined with the holistic approach of the Jivamukti method.
Michelle loves to play the harmonium & to chant mantra in her classes. Precise assists and giving you time to find your individual shape round out her teaching style.
Qualifications:
- 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga
- 50 hr Bhakti Mantra Chanting
- 300 hr Jivamukti Yoga
- 25 hr Weaving the Theme Sequencing
