“Hi, I’m Sara and I'm a professionally trained dancer, performer and 75h Jivamukti yoga teacher. I have worked for many years as a professional dancer in various theatres and as a freelancer. 

I always knew I was meant for something else, when I discovered Yoga, new doors were opened in my life, so I did my 75h Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training, since then I am on my way to my own heart project, my own business, where I will primarily focus on working with women. However, I definitely do not exclude working with men and non binary people either. Nevertheless my main focus is to accompany women, to empower them, to support them and to guide them to come into their feminine power. My work consists of accompanying people through different tools such as yoga, embodiment, breath work, dance therapy, astrology to come more into their power and full potential, to feel their body and to learn to trust themselves above all. Long story short I am a safe space for everything that wants to be there.” 

Qualifications:

• 75 hr Jivamukti SW
• 10 years professional dancer
• B.A. in Stage Dance
