For Teju, yoga is about the balance between mindfulness, strength and flexibility. Her classes are mainly focused on awareness of body movement as the central philosophy for exploring the mind, body, and breath, keeping hold of alignment and techniques. In her classes, Teju introduces challenging, dynamic and creative Vinyasa flows with extensive instructions to create a unique inner body experience while adapting the flows to suit the energy of the yogis in the room. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you are welcome to join Teju in finding stillness and connection in every breath and movement. 


Qualifications:



- 200 hr Hatha Yoga 

- 100 hr Mysore Style 

- 100 hr Vinyasa 

- Certification courses in Yin Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga
