Meet Matthäa – SHA-LA Manager & Academy Lead

Matthäa is not only a dedicated yoga teacher at SHA-LA Studios but also the guiding force behind our studio communications and educational programs. As SHA-LA Manager, she ensures that our vision is communicated with clarity, consistency, and heart across all channels.

In her role as Academy Lead, she oversees the development and coordination of all teacher training programs at The Academy. With a blend of structure, insight, and deep yogic understanding, Matthäa supports both our teaching team and the next generation of yoga teachers.
