Led by the experts of Sunday Natural, you will explore a curated selection of essential oils and create your own personal roll-on blend — a scent designed to ground, energize, or soothe you throughout the year ahead.

The experience continues with a grounding Breathwork and Sound Journey guided by Habiba Elisa Jaziri, allowing your intention to settle not only in the mind, but in the body — through breath, vibration, and resonance.
