Hypnosis Foundation &
Self Mastery Workshop

€ 250

Understand how your mind actually works, and build a self-regulation toolkit you'll use for the rest of your life.

Hypnosis is not a mystery; it is a learnable, structural science of focused attention. Before you can guide others, you must first guide yourself.

This 2-day intensive is the foundation. You will learn how the mind actually works (conscious and subconscious, the critical factor, the architecture of trance), and build a personal toolkit for self-hypnosis and nervous system regulation grounded in polyvagal theory, somatic practice, and sound.

No prior experience required. No woo-woo. Just the structural knowledge of how your inner system operates, and the practical tools to shift it on demand.

The Core Pillars

Our approach moves away from "analyzing problems" and instead focuses on strengthening the four internal resources necessary for natural change:

  1. Safety: Creating a secure physiological baseline.

  2. Curiosity: Bypassing the critical mind's judgment.

  3. Imagination: Utilizing the subconscious's primary language.

  4. Trust: Allowing the body's innate intelligence to lead.

What You Will Master

  • The architecture of the mind: conscious vs. subconscious, the critical factor, and the neuroscience of trance states (alpha, theta).

  • Self-hypnosis: inducing, deepening, and safely emerging your own trance.

  • Hypnotic language patterns: direct suggestion, Ericksonian indirect language, and how words shape the nervous system.

  • Nervous system regulation: polyvagal-informed practices including vagal tone, breath-based state shifts, orienting, somatic anchoring.

  • Reading your own state: recognizing sympathetic activation, freeze, and ventral-vagal safety in real time.

  • Sound as a self-regulation tool: using rhythm and vibration to shift nervous system state.

  • Ethics & safety in self-practice: when to go deeper, when to come out, and when to seek external support.

Day-by-Day

Both days interleave theory and practice. You are guiding your own trance, feeling the nervous system shifts, and refining language patterns live. You learn by doing.

Day 1: The Mind & The Nervous System

  • How the subconscious works and why the critical factor exists

  • The autonomic nervous system: polyvagal map, sympathetic / parasympathetic / dorsal states

  • Practice: foundational regulation tools (breath, orienting, somatic anchoring)

  • Practice: first self-hypnosis inductions

  • Practice: sound as a state-shifting catalyst

Day 2: Self-Hypnosis & Hypnotic Language

  • Advanced self-hypnosis: inductions, deepeners, structured emergence

  • Hypnotic language patterns for self-practice and daily life

  • Practice: working with intention (sleep, focus, stress, creative access)

  • Practice: handling emotional material that surfaces in self-practice

  • Practice: building your personal regulation protocol to take home

Want to Teach This?

This 2-day is focused on self-mastery. If by the end of Day 1 you feel called to guide others, you can upgrade to the full 25hr Group Hypnosis & Sound Facilitator Training on the spot. Just pay the difference and stay for Day 3.

Day 3 is the facilitator track: voice, group containers, reading collective nervous systems, handling abreactions, and leading live sessions.

No pressure to decide in advance. Come for self-mastery, upgrade if it clicks.

Who Is This For?

  • High performers dealing with stress, sleep issues, or chronic nervous system dysregulation who want structural tools instead of vague advice.

  • Yoga, meditation & breathwork practitioners looking to deepen their inner practice with hypnosis and polyvagal-informed regulation.

  • Coaches, therapists, and bodyworkers who want to experience these tools first-hand before considering teaching them.

  • Foundational learners: no prior hypnosis experience required.
