Clinical Hypnotherapy

GROUP WELLBEING / RECOVERY CLASSES
NIR (Non-Intrusive Red Light) Therapy YOGA & Pilates at SHA-LA
Red light therapy (RLT) utilizes specific wavelengths of red (approximately 630–660 nm) and near-infrared light (around 810–850 nm) to stimulate mitochondrial activity, increase cellular energy (ATP) production, and support tissue repair and recovery. At SHA-LA, we incorporate this evidence-based therapy into targeted yoga classes, combining the physiological benefits of movement with enhanced cellular regeneration and recovery.
We offer red light therapy in two ways:
group classes (restorative & flow sessions on our schedule) and as 1:1 add-ons (to complement other treatments).
RED LIGHT THERAPY CLASSES — Group recovery sessions
Yoga & Pilates classes practiced under therapeutic red and infrared light. These sessions combine intentional movement with the cellular benefits of light therapy for a uniquely restorative experience.
Class Styles:
Restorative Red Light Yoga — Gentle, supported poses held for deep rest and maximum light absorption
Yin Yoga with Red Light — Long-held passive stretches targeting connective tissue while enhancing cellular repair
Active Flow with Red Light — Dynamic movement to reach deep tissue layers while supporting recovery
Full yoga practice (60-75 min) under red/infrared light
