Red Light Therapy at SHA-LA

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular function, recovery, and overall vitality. It's scientifically-backed, non-invasive, and suitable for everyone.

We offer red light therapy in two ways:
group classes (restorative sessions on our schedule) and as
1:1 add-ons (to complement other treatments).

RED LIGHT THERAPY CLASSES — Group recovery sessions

Perfect as a standalone recovery practice or to complement your movement routine — especially beneficial after intense training, during recovery phases, or when you need deep restoration.

  • 60 minutes red/infrared light exposure
