Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular function, recovery, and overall vitality. It's scientifically-backed, non-invasive, and suitable for everyone.
We offer red light therapy in two ways:
group classes (restorative sessions on our schedule) and as
1:1 add-ons (to complement other treatments).
