A group of people practicing meditation outdoors on a wooden platform near a lake surrounded by trees, with their eyes closed or looking down, sitting cross-legged or on their knees, with some items placed in the center such as bowls and flowers.

4 days, 3 nights. An extended spring weekend in the countryside.

A rustic greenhouse surrounded by lush green foliage and tall grass, with a wooden roof and large glass windows reflecting the trees and sky.

When was the last time you felt like yourself?

Not the version of you that's always on. Not the you that's checking boxes, managing energy, pushing through. But the you underneath all that…the one who knows how to rest, how to feel, how to just be.

This retreat is your way back.

Just an hour from Berlin, we meet in a hidden forest sanctuary by a crystal-clear private lake. Beautiful wooden cabins. A wood-fired sauna. A stream you can hear from your bed. The kind of place where something in you finally exhales.

Over 4 days, we use breath as our primary tool to come home to your body. You'll learn techniques that release what you've been carrying, ground what feels scattered, and help you feel again. Alongside extended yoga flows, deep meditation, workshops and sound baths that moves through you.

These aren't practices you experience once and forget: you'll leave with tools you can actually use in every day life. Ways to regulate your nervous system when life gets loud again. Ways to find your ground when everything feels too fast.

Spring teaches us how to emerge slowly. We watch what nature does: buds opening, green returning, life waking up without rushing. And we ask: what in me is ready to unfold too?

There's fire and silence. Lake swims and long meals. Community that holds you. And a calming forest that does half the work.

I've been bringing people to this place for the 3rd time now. It's my personal sanctuary - where I come to remember myself. And every time, I watch people transform in just a few days.

This is where we ground. This is WHERE WE BLOOM.

4 days, 3 nights. An extended spring weekend in the countryside.
Early Bird pricing ends February 14th.

The Practices of where we bloom

This is a space for deep rest and real learning. The practices we explore here are designed to stay with YOU, supporting how you move, breathe, and care for yourself long after the retreat ends.

BREATHWORK — The foundation of everything. Conscious Connected Breathwork to release what you've been holding. Somatic techniques and Pranayama to ground, regulate, and energize. You'll leave with practical tools for when life gets loud, fast, or overwhelming.

YOGA — A way back into your body. Dynamic Vinyasa flows to feel your strength. Restorative practices that teach you how to truly rest. Hatha sequences that build presence. Guided meditations that help you drop beneath the noise. Just being in your body, without apologizing for it.

SOUND & RITUAL — Accessing what words can't reach. Gong baths and immersive soundscapes that move through you. Cacao rituals that gently open the heart. Coming back home.

NATURE — Our quiet co-facilitator. Forest bathing. Sauna rituals. Cold lake swims. Fire gatherings under stars. Nature shows you how to slow down, shed, and emerge in your own time.

COMMUNITY — Held, honest connection. Shared meals that turn into real conversations. Space to be witnessed. This isn't surface-level connection: it's the kind where people feel seen and supported to be exactly where they are.

You'll also have the option to book 1:1 massage treatments during free time: deep, intuitive bodywork to help you soften and integrate even more.
