50h Rocket® Teacher Training Level 1 Berlin

Do you want to become a certified rocket yoga teacher and Take your practice to the next level? join us for a 5-day intensive Certified training, dedicated to learning the foundations of the Rocket® sequences.

These dynamic sequences are called “Rocket” because, as Larry Schultz used to say, “it gets you there faster.”
Designed to awaken the nervous system and fuel it with vital prana, Rocket fosters a sense of freedom, transformation, and evolution in your practice.
With its perfect balance of rhythm and flow, Rocket® is suitable for practitioners of all levels and offers a playful, innovative approach to the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa system.

what is rocket?
Rocket® Yoga was created by Larry Schultz as a reimagining of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences. In Ashtanga, the six series (Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced A, B, C, D) are taught progressively, depending on a student’s strength and flexibility.

Larry reorganized these sequences into three uplifting routines — Rocket I, II, and III — each targeting different areas of the body, opening joints and energetic pathways (nadis), and allowing energy to flow freely. This deep purification process strengthens the body while also elevating awareness.

“You are stronger than you think.”
– Larry Schultz

About Ambra:

Ambra is a former principal ballerina with the Birmingham Royal Ballet who turned to yoga while recovering from the injuries of professional dance. What began as rehabilitation grew into a deep passion for yoga’s physical and spiritual practice. Her teaching is playful and spontaneous, influenced by Larry Schultz, Ana Forrest, and Sri Dharma Mittra.
