Over 8 weekends, we’ll explore the wisdom of yoga together — not just the poses, but the philosophy, breathwork, and teaching skills that help you guide others with confidence and authenticity. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a warm, inclusive community that celebrates your individuality.

This is a Yoga Alliance International certified Teacher Training.

What We’ll Explore Together:

  • Teaching Practice & Assists – Learn by doing: you’ll co-teach, offer hands-on assists, and get personal feedback in a safe and encouraging space.

  • Sequencing & Anatomy – Understand how the body moves and how to design classes that flow naturally and safely.

  • Yoga Philosophy, Meditation & Pranayama – Discover the timeless wisdom of yoga and how to bring it to life in your teaching and personal practice.




Yoga Styles You’ll Experience:

We’ll dive into Vinyasa, Anusara, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Rocket Yoga, so you can find your own teaching style while appreciating the depth of each tradition.

Training Format:

We meet over 8 weekends, so you can immerse yourself deeply in the training while keeping balance with your daily life.

  • Fridays: 17:00–21:00

Saturdays & Sundays: 09:00–19:00



Schedule:

This 8-weekend training is carefully crafted to accommodate your schedule while ensuring a comprehensive and transformative experience.

Ending the weekends with a retreat where all the participants will practice teaching.

About the Teachers:

  • Chris began yoga to explore an ancient practice of movement and breath, soon realizing its profound impact on his life. Now a dedicated yogi, he practices daily, embracing his motto, “Every day is a new day,” while striving for deeper connection and self-discovery. He teaches dynamic classes blending creative movement with precise alignment, culminating in a powerful peak pose.

  • Sha, a Berlin-based yoga teacher and multi-disciplinary artist from Lebanon, began his journey with martial arts, leading him to meditation and yoga. His dynamic teaching blends Jivamukti, Kundalini, and Ashtanga influences, focusing on strength, flexibility, and deep backbends. With over 950 hours of training, he integrates music into his classes, creating a holistic and immersive experience.
