25hr Group Hypnosis & Sound Facilitator Training

€ 415
€ 365 (early bird until mAR 31, 2026)

Learn to guide group hypnosis & sound sessions with confidence, structure, and sensitivity.

Hypnosis is not a mystery; it is a learnable, structural science of focused attention. While most trainings focus on the one-to-one therapeutic model, this 3-day intensive is designed specifically for the Group Container. You will learn to navigate collective nervous systems, manage varying depths of trance simultaneously, and lead profound inner journeys using voice, presence, and sound.

The Core Pillars

Our approach moves away from "analyzing problems" and instead focuses on strengthening the four internal resources necessary for natural change:

  1. Safety: Creating a secure physiological baseline.

  2. Curiosity: Bypassing the critical mind’s judgment.

  3. Imagination: Utilizing the subconscious's primary language.

  4. Trust: Allowing the body’s innate intelligence to lead.

What You Will Master

By the end of this training, you will have a functional toolkit to integrate hypnosis into your existing practice:

  • The Architecture of a Session: How to open, deepen, and safely emerge a group.

  • The Hypnotic Voice: Refining tone, tempo, and language patterns that bypass mental chatter.

  • Recognizing Trance: Reading somatic cues (micro-movements, breathing shifts) in a room.

  • Sound as a Catalyst: Using rhythm and vibration to stabilize the nervous system without overwhelming the experience.

  • Safety & Ethics: Handling emotional releases (abreactions) and maintaining professional boundaries.

  • Trauma-Informed Presence: How to maintain a 'safe container' and grounded pacing for diverse nervous systems.

Who Is This For?

This training is a professional up-leveling for:

  • Yoga & Meditation Teachers looking to deepen the impact of your classes.

  • Breathwork & Bodywork Facilitators needing tools for "landing" and integration.

  • Coaches & Workshop Leaders who want to anchor cognitive shifts at a subconscious level.

  • Foundational Learners: No prior hypnosis experience is required.
