You want to create unforgettable yoga classes? Learn about the basics of teaching and sequencing of flows on beat:

This Fundamentals Training is a wonderful mix of physical yoga training, music theory and didactics skills you need to teach on beat. 

PRACTICE:
I will show you many special alignment features and the differences to a “classic” Vinyasa Flow. You will improve your body perception you need to move really flowingly on your mat.

MUSIC:
You will learn how to work with music as a base of your yoga classes and how to use structures of popular music like “verses”, “hooks” and “bridges” to touch your student’s hearts.

CREATE YOUR OWN:
During “Flow School” you will built up your own sequence and train to teach it in the rhythm of the music.

SPECIAL:
You are invited to assist me in one of my Yoga Beat Fusion Flow classes. As a very special experience you will optional teach the opening part on beat in front of a big students group. And/ or optional you deepen your theory knowledge by observing me teaching to learn about my sequencing structure and didactics during class.
